The Battle of the Unbeaten: Heat vs Nuggets

It was the game of the season so far. The Miami Heat, who were unbeaten at home, took on the Denver Nuggets, who were unbeaten on the road. The game lived up to the hype, with the Heat winning in a thriller, 103-102.

The Heat got off to a hot start, taking a 12-point lead in the first quarter. The Nuggets fought back in the second quarter, behind the play of Nikola Jokic. The Serbian center had 14 points in the quarter, as the Nuggets took a one-point lead into halftime.

The third quarter was a back-and-forth affair, with neither team able to gain an advantage. The Heat took a one-point lead into the fourth quarter.

In the fourth quarter, the Nuggets took control of the game. Jokic had eight points in the quarter, as the Nuggets took a six-point lead with under two minutes to play.

The Heat would not go away, however. They went on a 6-0 run to tie the game with under a minute to play. After a Nuggets turnover, the Heat had a chance to win the game, but Jimmy Butler's jumper was off the mark.

In overtime, the Heat took control. Butler scored six points in the extra period, as the Heat won 103-102.

With the win, the Heat improved to 9-0 at home, while the Nuggets fell to 9-1 on the road.
