If you’re using ground beef, make sure it’s 80/20 or 75/25 – any leaner and your tacos will be dry. For chicken, you can use breasts, thighs, or a mix of both. If you’re using fish, we recommend a white fish like cod or halibut.

Once you’ve gathered your ingredients, it’s time to start cooking. If you’re using ground beef, chicken, or fish, you’ll want to cook it until it’s browned and cooked through. Season it with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like. For vegetables, we recommend roasting them in the oven with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Now it’s time to assemble your tacos. Start with a warm tortilla – we like corn tortillas, but you can use flour if you prefer. Add your filling, and then top with any other toppings you like. We recommend shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream or guacamole.
